David Boston cut
David Boston was cut, but no reason was given why yet. This is a surprising development due to how well Boston played in the pre-season, making the team out of nowhere. Rookie WR Maurice Stovall will move up the depth chart due to this move.
It’s all about money, hopefully they can resign Boston. There are about 6 other guys I would have cut before giving up Boston. You never know, he could have opened up the passing game quite a bit, which in turn could have opened up the running game…. instead the Bucs had NO game! The Bucs said they had Boston rated as 5th or 6th receiver on the depth chart… complete BS, behind Galloway he was the strongest receiver on the team in preseason.
