I do not think Chris Simms should play again this season, especially as soon as he wants to. He could take a chance of rupturing his insision line or the underlying muscle tissue and that may end his career. It would be safer for his health and his career if he waits. After most major surgeries people are told to take 6 to 8 weeks off work and let their bodies heal. He is a young man and it would be a shame for him to ruin his health now and never play football again.
I agree with that. I think he’s worried about losing his job, and that is the motivation for him to try and come back as quick as he can.
