Bucs to activate QB off PUP list
The Bucs are poised to activate Luke McCown off of the PUP list and may give him a chance to compete with Bruce Gradkowski for the starting QB job. The Bucs will place Chris Simms on IR ending his season and possibly his career with the Bucs.
