Old vets still playing at a high level for Bucs

You can’t blame Ronde Barber or Derrick Brooks for the awful overall play of the Bucs defense.  Derrick Brooks leads the team with 95 tackles so far this season.  Brooks is looking to make it 11 straight seasons with 100+ tackles for the Bucs.  Brooks also has 2 interceptions and has defended 2 passes.

Ronde Barber has been the only real playmaker in the secondary for the Bucs.  He has 89 tackles, 3 interceptions (2 of them he returned for TDs), 9 passes defensed and 2 forced fumbles.
