The Tampa Bay Buccaneers release WR David Boston
The Bucs finally have figured out that David Boston just wasn’t worth the trouble. He never even caught a pass for the Bucs despite hanging around for over a year. His career is likely finished as he hasn’t been a productive player since the 2004 season. He has played in 75 NFL games in his career and he has caught 315 passes for 4,699 yards (14.9 avg) with 25 TD grabs. This move is probably a good sign for youngsters Michael Clayton and Maurice Stovall who need to prove themselves.
