Bruce Gradkowski got caught in a numbers game in Tampa as Coach Gruden likes to collect QBs.  Gradkowski probably saw the handwriting on the wall when the Bucs traded for Brian Griese and drafted Josh Johnson out of San Diego.  Gradkowski played in 4 games for the Bucs last season and he completed 13 of 24 passes (54.2%) for 130 yards with 0 TD passes and 1 interception (52.4 QB Rating).  He also carried the ball 7 times for 20 yards (2.9 ypc).  Gradkowski finishes his career with the Bucs having played in 17 games in which he completed 190 of 352 passes (54%) for 1,791 yards with 9 TD passes and 10 interceptions (65.0 QB Rating).  He also has carried the ball 48 times for 181 yards (3.8 ypc).  Gradkowski might have a rough time finding a new job due to his lack of arm strength.
