The Buccaneers have claimed 26-year old running back Kregg Lumpkin off waivers from the Packers.  Lumpkin has played in 2 games (0 starts) in his NFL career and he has 1 carry for 19 yards.  He also has caught 3 passes for 22 yards (7.3 avg) in his career.  Lumpkin looked decent in the pre-season for the Packers.  He played in 3 pre-season games for the Packers this year and he carried the ball 31 times for 104 yards (3.4 ypc) with 3 TD runs.  Lumpkin also caught 5 passes for 36 yards (7.2 avg) during the pre-season.  He will likely fit in as the Bucs’ #3 RB behind Cadillac Williams and Kareem Huggins in 2010.
